Oklahoma Federation Rewards Program 2011-2012

 

1.      Reward for using Dues Withholding:

 

      (a) Each retired Federal Employee and/or spouse who joins a NARFE chapter in the Oklahoma Federation from May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 and who uses  dues withholding to pay his/her National and Chapter dues, will be eligible to receive a $40 reward from the   Oklahoma Federation.

 

      (b) Existing chapter members who switch to dues withholding during the period from      May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 will be eligible to receive a $40 reward from the             Oklahoma Federation.

 

To receive these rewards, Chapter Presidents will send the Form DW-3 (Green Card – New member) or Form DW-2 (White Card – Current member) or a copy of their M-112 to Robert Oltmanns, Federation Treasurer, 14901 N. Penn Ave. Apt. 169, Oklahoma City, OK  73134-6073.

 

2.      Reward(s) for Reinstatements: 

 

       (a) When a former member of any chapter in the Oklahoma Federation reinstates his/her dropped membership from May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012, the reinstated member will  be eligible to receive a $10 reward.

This includes LSA and Life members who start paying their chapter dues again.

 

       (b) If the reinstated member qualifies for dues withholding and elects to have his/her dues withheld, he/she will also be eligible to receive a $40 reward for a total reward of $50. 

 

To receive the $10 rewards, Chapter Presidents will send a copy of M-112 to Robert Oltmanns, Federation Treasurer.   

 

To receive both of the rewards ($10 and $40), send Form DW-2 (White Card) and later send a copy of the chapter's M-112 showing the reinstatement to Robert Oltmanns, Federation Treasurer, 14901 N. Penn Ave. Apt. 169, Oklahoma City, OK  73134-6073.
